Travis Perkins plc (the "Company") was notified today that Mr Andrew Pike, Company Secretary and a member of the Company's Executive Committee, today sold 2,519 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company at a price of 797.16p.

As a result, Mr Pike now has a beneficial interest in 18,145 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company, representing less than 0.1% of the issued share capital.
