Director/PDMR Shareholding

Travis Perkins plc (the "Company") was notified today that Norman Bell, a member of the Company's Executive Committee, sold on 31^st March 2010, 9,459 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company at a price of 828.7p.

As a result, Mr Bell now has a beneficial interest in 39,929 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company, representing less than 0.1% of the issued share capital.
