The company has today been notified that on 12 October 2000, the Constance
Travis Charitable Trust, of which Mr E R A Travis, a director of the company,
is a trustee, acquired 145,0000 ordinary shares in the company for nil
consideration.  As a consequence of this transaction, Mr Travis' interest in
the ordinary shares of the company is as follows:
