                     CHANGE IN DIRECTOR'S SHAREHOLDING

The Company has today been notified that Charles M Fisher, a director of the
Company, has today resigned as the trustee of a trust which holds 17,605
ordinary shares in the capital of the Company.  As a result of this
resignation Mr Fisher no longer has any non beneficial interest in the share
capital of the Company.  He continues to have a beneficial interest in 791,945
ordinary shares in the Company.
