Travis Perkins plc ('the Company') has been notified that Charles Fisher, a
non-executive director of the Company, has today sold 100,000 shares of 10p each
in the Company at a price of £14 per share. As a result of this transaction, Mr
Fisher has a beneficial interest in 403,944 shares in the Company, representing
0.3 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
