Travis Perkins plc ('the Company') has been notified that Mr Chris Bunker, a
Non-Executive Director of the Company, today purchased 2,000 ordinary shares of
10p each in the Company at a price of 1399p per share. As a result of this
transaction, Mr Bunker has a beneficial interest in 2,000 shares in the Company
representing less then one per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
