                           Notice of Interim Results



Travis Perkins PLC will be announcing Interim Results for the half year ending
30 June 2006 at 7.00am on Tuesday 1 August 2006. In view of the date of
announcement one month after the period end, there will be no pre-close trading
statement in July.


Travis Perkins will also be holding a briefing on the results for analysts at
9.00am on Tuesday 1 August 2006 at Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein, 30 Gresham
Street, London EC2.
