The board of Travis Perkins plc ("the Company") has been notified today of the purchase of 471 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company, at a price of 1613.7p by Kevin Appleton a PDMR of the Company.  As a result of this transaction Mr Appleton has a beneficial interest of 2,612 shares which is <0.1% of the Issued Share Capital.
