The board of Travis Perkins plc ("the Company") has today been notified of the purchase on 24 March 2014 by the persons named below of ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("shares"), under the Travis Perkins Share Matching Scheme, at a price of 1810.0883p. As a result of  these purchases, such persons have the beneficial interests in shares set out below.
