In conformity with the Transparency Directive's transitional provision 6 we
would like to notify the market of the following:


As at 29th June 2007 the Company's capital consists of 122,336,936 ordinary
shares of 10p each with voting rights, 122,336,936 being the total number of
voting rights in the Company.

The above figure (122,336,936) may be used by shareholders as the denominator
for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify
their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA's
Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
