The Board of the Company was notified, on 18 March 2015, of the exercise and sale, of nil cost options under the Travis Perkins Performance Share Plan and Deferred Share Bonus Plan over the number of ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("shares") by Norman Bell, PDMR set out below:
