Notification of Transactions of Directors

In accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.2. (R), the Company was notified today that Tim Jones, Chairman and Non-Executive Director, has purchased 1,403 Ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 325.35p per share.  The shares are registered in the name of Alpha Trustees Ltd.

Following this purchase, which took place on 24 September 2012, Tim Jones has a beneficial interest of 10,751 Ordinary shares of Treatt, being 0.103% of the issued share capital.
