Canisp has received notification that 3,625,000 Ordinary Shares of 1p each
representing 20.18% of the Company's issued share capital, formerly registered
in the name of Everdene Holdings Limited ('Everdene'), have been re-registered
in the name of Everdene's parent company, Corvus Capital, Inc.
There has been no change in the underlying beneficial ownership of these shares.
