Holding(s) in the Company

Following the issue of 300 million ordinary shares of 0.005 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to RAK Holdings ("RAK"), a wholly owned subsidiary of Union International Holdings Group, as announced on 2 May 2013, the Company was notified by RAK on 19 May 2013 that it now holds, 353 million Ordinary Shares, equal to approximately 6.17 per cent. of the Company's total voting rights.
