Issue of Equity and Total Voting Rights

Tri-Star (AIM: TSTR), the integrated antimony development company, announces that as part of the existing fee arrangements with SP Angel Corporate Finance LLP ("SP Angel"), the Company has issued a total of 3,272,252 new ordinary shares of 0.005p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company to SP Angel at a 10 day VWAP of 0.1528 pence for a total value of approximately GBP5,000.

In addition, 1,757,187 Ordinary Shares were yesterday allotted and issued by the Company at a price of 0.166 pence to Guy Eastaugh, Chief Financial Officer, as part of his remuneration arrangements. Following the issue of these Ordinary Shares, Guy Eastaugh beneficially holds 1,757,187 Ordinary Shares representing 0.03% of the issued share capital of the Company.

Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the 5,029,439 Ordinary Shares ("New Shares") to be admitted to trading on AIM. It is expected that admission will become effective and that trading in the New Shares will commence on 20 October 2014 ("Admission").

Total Voting Rights

Following Admission of the New Shares and for the purposes of the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company advises that the total number of shares in issue and total voting rights will be 6,942,287,328 Ordinary Shares of 0.005p each.

Tri-Star does not currently hold any shares in treasury and, therefore, the above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company.
