Tri-Star Resources (AIM: TSTR), the antimony exploration and development company, announces that its Annual General Meeting ('AGM') for the year ending 31 December 2012 will be held on Tuesday, 23 July 2013 at 11.00am at the office of Fladgate LLP, 16 Great Queen Street, London WC2B 5DG.

Copies of the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2012 were posted to shareholders yesterday and are also available on the Company's website www.tri-starresources.com.
