BOARD APPOINTMENTS
Triad Group Plc is pleased to announce the appointments of Tim Harris and Ian
Haynes as executive directors of the Group, with effect from 19th August 1999.
Tim Harris, aged 34, has been at Triad since it was founded in 1988. He has
been a senior manager for a number of years and leads several major lines of
the Group's business. Ian Haynes, aged 31, is a founder and the managing
director of Generic Software Consultancy Ltd, a division of Triad.
John Rigg, Chairman, commented:
'I am delighted to welcome Tim and Ian to the Board. They have both played a
crucial role in the growth of Triad to date. Their appointment represents a
significant strengthening of the Board in order to take the Group forward.'
