Triad Group Plc refers to the announcement made today regarding the settlement
of the dispute with Ms Mira Makar.

The costs of the settlement and related legal and professional expenses have
been substantial. The company's results for the half year to 30 September 2006
will be announced in due course and will reflect these costs.
