The Company was notified on 9 March 2001 that M&G Investment Management
Limited, on behalf of all companies within the Prudential plc group of
companies, is interested in 3,298,162 ordinary shares of 1p each in the
Company which represents 12.94 per cent. of the Company's issued share
capital.
