                          Results of General Meeting


At a General Meeting of the Company held today, convened to consider and adopt a
new employee share option scheme, the resolution was passed on a show of hands.

A copy of the  resolution is being submitted to the UK Listing Authority for
publication and will be available shortly through the UK Listing Authority's
Document Viewing Facility, which  is situated at Financial Services Authority,
