Tribal Group plc ('Tribal')
Application has been made today for the admission of 1,871,926 new ordinary
shares of 5p each in Tribal ('New Tribal Shares') to trading on the Alternative
Investment Market of the London Stock Exchange ('AIM').
The New Tribal Shares, together with the issue of £0.8m in guaranteed loan notes
and £0.2 million in cash, constitute additional consideration payable to the
vendors of Secta Group Limited, which was acquired by Tribal in March 2002. The
New Tribal Shares are subject to lock-up arrangements for 12 months.
The New Tribal Shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing
ordinary shares of 5p each in Tribal and it is expected that they will commence
trading on AIM on 5 July 2002.
As announced on 26 June 2002, application has been made to list the entire
issued share capital of Tribal, including the New Tribal Shares, in aggregate
47,804,667 shares, on the Official List. Dealings on the Official List are
expected to commence on 8 July 2002.
