Tribal Group plc
Tribal Group plc (the 'Company') announces that it has today allotted 3,502,203
new ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company pursuant to earn-out and deferred
consideration arrangements in respect of a number of previous acquisitions. Of
the alloted shares, 3,360,859 are currently being issued and the balance will be
issued in December 2002.
Application has been made for the admission of the shares currently being issued
to trading on the Official List of the London Stock Exchange. These shares will
rank pari passu in all respects with the existing ordinary shares and it is
expected that trading will commence on 5 November 2002.
As part of above share issue, Martin Hill, a director of a number of the
Company's subsidiary companies, has been allotted 987,354 shares (including
63,605 shares to be issued in December 2002) increasing his total holding to
2,976,381 shares representing 5.75% of the Company's enlarged issued share
capital.
