Further to the announcement on 4 November 2002 relating to deferred
consideration payable in respect of a number of Tribal Group plc (the 'Company')
acquisitions previously made by the Company, application for listing has today
been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for the
admission to trading on the Official List of the London Stock Exchange for
141,344 shares in relation to the acquisition of Network Training Publishing
Limited.



These shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing ordinary
shares and it is expected that trading will commence on 12 May 2003.
