                       Application for listing of Shares



Application has today been made for the admission of 318,672 Ordinary Shares of
5p each in Tribal Group plc ('Tribal') to the Official List of the UK Listing
Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange. These shares were issued
as initial consideration for the acquisition of Kinetic Technologies Limited in
accordance with the announcement made on 15 July 2003. The shares will rank pari
passu in all respects with the existing ordinary shares of 5p each in Tribal.



It is expected that both these shares and the initial consideration shares for
the acquisition of Geronimo Public Relations Limited, announced on 13 August
2003, in aggregate 755,098 shares, will commence trading on 18 August 2003.
