Application has today been made for the admission of 29,673 new ordinary shares
of 5p each in Tribal Group plc ('the New Tribal Shares') to the Official List of
the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange.

The New Tribal Shares have been issued pursuant to earn-out arrangements in
respect of the previous acquisition of Dundas PIC Limited.

The New Tribal Shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing
ordinary shares and it is expected that trading will commence on 7 October 2003.
