Application has been made today for the admission of 139, 313 new ordinary
shares of 5p each in Tribal Group plc (the 'New Tribal Shares') to the Official
List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange.


New Tribal shares are issued pursuant to earn-out arrangements in respect of the
acquisition of the Tribal Resourcing Limited (formerly Tribal GWT Group
Limited), announced in August 2001.


Save as set out above, there has been no significant change affecting the
matters contained in the earlier announcements and no other significant matter
has arisen in respect of this acquisition which would require further
announcement.


The New Tribal Shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing
ordinary shares and it is expected that trading will commence on 23 September
2005.
