                           Block Listing Application

Application was made on 15 May 2006 December for the admission of 85,650 new
ordinary shares of 5p each in Tribal Group plc (the 'New Tribal Shares') to the
Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trade on the London Stock
Exchange.

These shares are being reserved under a block listing and will be issued
pursuant to the Tribal Group plc's Long Term Incentive Plan 2001 (as amended on
19 September 2003)

The New Tribal Shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing
ordinary shares.
