Tribal Group plc
Application has been made today for the admission of 145,356 new ordinary shares
of 5p each in Tribal Group plc (the 'New Tribal Shares') to the Official List of
the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange.
145,348 of the New Tribal Shares have been issued pursuant to earn-out
arrangements in respect of the acquisition of Nightingale Architects. This
acquisition was originally announced by Tribal Group plc on 28 May 2002. The
remaining New Tribal Shares under this application relate to the earn-out
arrangements previously announced on 6 December 2004.
Save as stated above, there has been no significant change affecting any of the
matters contained in the announcement on 28 May 2002 and no other significant
matter has arisen in respect of this acquisition which would require further
announcement.
The New Tribal Shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing
ordinary shares and it is expected that trading will commence on 17 January
2005.
