AGM NOTICE / Documents on View

Tribal Group plc today announces that its Annual General Meeting will be held at
10.30 am on Friday, 29 July 2005 at  Priory Court, Poulton, Cirencester
Gloucestershire GL7 5JB.

A resolution is to be proposed at the meeting for the adoption of a new all
employee Share Incentive Plan ('SIP'). A  copy of the circular accompanying the
AGM notice and the draft documents for establishing the SIP will shortly be
available for inspection at the UK Listing Authority's Document Viewing facility
which is situated at:
