AGM Resolutions passed
Tribal Group plc is pleased to announce that all resolutions proposed at its
Annual General Meeting held today have been duly passed. Copies of all
resolutions (other than those concerning ordinary business) will shortly be
available for inspection at the UK Listing Authority's Document Viewing facility
which is situated at:
Financial Services Authority, 25 The North Colonnade, Canary Wharf, London E14
5HS.
The resolutions passed at today's AGM include the approval by shareholders of
the transactions entered into by Simon Lawton and Peter Martin (two directors of
the Company) for the sale by them to the Company of their respective minority
shareholdings in Tribal Technology Limited (the details of which were announced
on 24 May 2005). As a result of this shareholder approval these two
transactions have today been completed and each of Mr Lawton and Mr Martin has
received the cash and loan notes detailed in the announcement on 24 May.
