Amendment re add listing

The following replaces the Additional Listing announcement released today at
12.35pm under RNS number 8196N.


The announcement should have stated that the shares will be allotted and not
have been allotted as previously stated.  All other details remain unchanged.

Tribal Group plc announces a blocklisting of 1,000,000 Ordinary shares of 5p
each. These shares, which rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares in
issue, will be allotted in equal proportions to each of the Approved and
Unapproved parts of the Tribal Group plc Employee Share Option Scheme.

Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange and UK Listing Authority
for the admission of these shares to the Official List and listing is expected
to become effective on 23 July 2003.
