Tribal Group plc ("Tribal") is pleased to announce that it has published its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2010 and the 2011 Notice of Annual General Meeting.

Tribal announced its preliminary results for the year ended 31 December 2010 on 30 March 2011.
