       Appointment of adviser and intention to move to the Official List


The board of Tribal Group plc ('Tribal' or the 'Company') announces the
appointment of Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein as its sole financial adviser, AIM
nominated adviser and stockbroker with immediate effect.

The board also announces that it intends to seek a listing for the Company's
shares on the Official List in due course and is currently reviewing the timing
of the transfer of the listing from AIM. The board will provide shareholders
with an update in due course.
