Appointment of Chief Operating Officer

Tribal Group plc ("Tribal" or the "Group") announces the appointment with immediate effect of Keith Evans, currently Group Commercial Director, as Chief Operating Officer with overall responsibility for the operational performance of the Group.  He will also join the Tribal Board at the same time.  

Keith joined Tribal in October 2009, having been Chief Executive of Euromedic UK, a leading provider of clinical diagnostic services. He was previously managing director of Mercury Health, the healthcare business sold by Tribal in April 2007.
