Appointment of Non-Executive Director

Tribal Group plc is pleased to announce the appointment of Robin Crewe as a non-executive director from 3 July 2012.

Robin Crewe has been Chief Technology Officer at Misys since May 2010. Prior to joining Misys he was joint chief executive of Propero, a software company he founded in 2000. He has also held senior technology roles with Swiss Bank and Dresdner Kleinwort Benson.

Tribal chairman John Ormerod said, "I am delighted that Robin has agreed to join our board. As Tribal continues its transformation with increasing focus on technology Robin brings to the board deep and practical experience of software development and IT operations."

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.13R(3) Mr Crewe has disclosed that he was an executive director of Propero Limited (subsequently named Shennon Limited) which went into administration in May 2006 and was subsequently subject to a creditors voluntary liquidation. No additional information is required to be disclosed in respect of Robin Crewe pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.13R.
