Board change

Tribal Group plc ("Tribal" or the "Group") announces that its Chief Executive, Peter Martin, will be leaving the Group.  Peter has agreed to remain with Tribal until the end of December 2010 and the search for a new Chief Executive has commenced.  A further announcement will be made in due course.

John Ormerod, Chairman of Tribal, said:

"On behalf of the board, I would like to thank Peter for his dedicated contribution to Tribal during his 10 years with the Group. The programme of change to improve efficiencies, instigated under his leadership, continues and we wish him every future success."
