Tribal Group plc ("the Company") has been notified of the following purchases of ordinary shares of the Company.

On 15 September 2011, Stephen Breach purchased 15,467 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 48.063p per share. Following this purchase, the number of ordinary shares in the Company in which Stephen Breach and his connected persons are beneficially interested is 77,611 or 0.08% of the Company's total issued share capital.

On 15 September 2011, Keith Evans purchased 103,130 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 48.063p per share. Following this purchase, the number of ordinary shares in the Company in which Keith Evans and his connected persons are beneficially interested is 203,130 or 0.22% of the Company's total issued share capital.
