Director/PDMR Shareholding

Tribal, a leading provider of software and services to the international education management market, announces that on 25 May 2022, under the terms of its 2018 Long Term Incentive Plan, the Company granted nil-cost options over:

· 70,588 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to Tawfiq Sleett, Customer Services Director;

· 70,588 Ordinary Shares to Paul Davies, Global Professional Services Director; and

· 152,941 Ordinary Shares to Matt Davis, Managing Director Education Services.

The options represent 0.14% of the Company's issued shares.

The awards have been granted subject to performance conditions based on the Group's Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) over three years. The options will ordinarily vest in equal parts over three years and may not be exercised before 26th May 2025.
