Director/PDMR Shareholdings

The Company received notification on 18 June that Capita Aesop Trustees Limited,
the trustees of Tribal Group plc Share Incentive Plan (SIP) has purchased 82 and
13 ordinary shares respectively of 5p each in the Company at a price of 153.25p
per share on behalf of Richard Collins and Julie Towers, each of whom is a
Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility.  These shares are to be held in
accordance to the rules of the Company's Inland Revenue approved SIP.
