                             Director shareholding


Tribal were advised on 15 September 2003 that following an in specie
distribution on 8 September 2003 from DC Capital plc, an investment company in
which Henry Pitman and Miles Hunt held an interest, Henry Pitman and Miles Hunt
received 71,871 and 46,928 ordinary shares in Tribal respectively. As a result
their shareholdings in Tribal will increase to 11,691,871 and 511,928
respectively.
