APPOINTMENT OF TIM STEVENSON AND SHEILA FORBES AS
NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTORS.
Tribal Group plc ('Tribal Group') is pleased to announce the appointment of Tim
Stevenson and Sheila Forbes as non-executive directors with immediate effect.
Tim Stevenson worked with Burmah Castrol Group from 1975 until 2000, latterly as
Group Chief Executive. He is currently Chairman of Travis Perkins and a
director of National Express Group. He has agreed to chair the Tribal Group
Remuneration Committee.
Sheila Forbes was previously Group Personnel Director at Storehouse and, more
recently, she was Director of Human Resources at Reed Elsevier. Since 1996, she
has held a number of non-executive positions, including Lloyds TSB Group and the
British Library. She has also been a member of several Government review
groups.
Henry Pitman, Chief Executive of Tribal Group, commented: 'We are delighted that
we have further strengthened our board with these excellent appointments.'
