The following replaces the Directorate Change announcement released at 17.01 on
Thursday 24 March 2005 under RNS number 2291K.


Timothy Stevenson, a Non-Executive Director of Tribal Group plc since May 2004,
has agreed to be nominated as Senior Independent Director, not Senior
Independent Director and Non-Executive Chairman, as was stated in the Company's
announcement of 24 March 2005.

                               DIRECTORATE CHANGE


Tribal Group plc ('Tribal') advises that Dominic Collins, Non-Executive Deputy
Chairman and Senior Independent Director of the Company, has resigned from the
Board effective from the date of this announcement.


Timothy Stevenson, a Non-Executive Director of Tribal since May 2004, has agreed
to be nominated as Senior Independent Director.


The Board of Tribal wishes to extend its thanks to Dominic for his invaluable
contribution as a director of the Company.
