Services and its Group no longer has a notifiable interest in the Company. This
arises from a corporate re-organisation within the Zurich Financial Services
Group such that at 12 April 2002, Zurich Scudder Investments, Inc. ceased to be
a member of the Zurich Financial Services Group.
