The Company received notification yesterday from Essex County Council (ECC) that
as at 7 October 2005, the Essex County Council Pension Fund (ECCPF), as a
limited partner in Hermes UK Smaller Companies Focus Fund, has a notifiable
interest in the following 5p ordinary shares of the Company

The Company was also notified that the number of shares held by Mirabaud

representing a total of 4.24% of the issued share capital of the Company.
