                     2006/07 Report & Accounts and AGM 2007



Tribal Group plc is pleased to announce that it has published its 2006/7 Annual
Report and Accounts and Notice of Annual General Meeting.

The 2007 Annual General Meeting (the 'AGM') will be held on 3 September 2007 at
87-91 Newman Street, London W1T 3EY.

At the AGM Sheila Forbes will be retiring as a Non-Executive Director.

Two copies of the 2006/07 Report & Accounts, Notice of Annual General Meeting,
proxy form and proposed new Articles of Association to be adopted at the AGM
have been submitted to the UK Listing Authority.

Copies of these documents will be available for inspection at the UK Listing
Authority's Document Viewing Facility, which is situated at:

The Document Viewing Facility is open from 9am to 5.30pm on every weekday except
