AGM NOTICE

Tribal Group plc today announces that its Annual General Meeting will be held 
at 10.30 am on Friday, 28 July 2006 at the Group Head Office, Priory Court, 
Poulton, Cirencester, Gloucestershire GL7 5JB.

A resolution is to be proposed at the meeting to amend the Company's Memorandum 
and Articles of Association. A copy of the circular accompanying this notice 
will shortly be available for inspection at the UK Listing Authority's Document 
Viewing facility which is situated at:
