Change of status - Richard Last returns to Non-executive role
Tribal (AIM: TRB), a leading provider of software and services to the international education market, announces that Richard Last has returned to the position of Non-executive Chairman with immediate effect.
In September 2018, Richard assumed the position of Executive Chairman after the untimely death of Ian Bowles, Tribal's then CEO. Mark Pickett was appointed Acting Chief Executive Officer, a position that was confirmed in March 2019. After the smooth and successful transition of company leadership to Mark, Richard is now returning to his Non-executive Director role as Chairman.
Mark Pickett, Chief Executive Officer, commented:
"With Richard's hard work and help, we have maintained Tribal's momentum and have kept the business impact of Ian's death to a minimum. I thank Richard for his support during this period and look forward to continuing working with him as Tribal's non-executive Chairman."
