Total Voting Rights
In accordance with the Disclosure and Transparency Rules of the Financial Conduct Authority, Tribal (AIM: TRB), a leading provider of software and services to the international education market, announces that its issued share capital as at the date of this announcement comprises 205,854,610 ordinary shares of 5p each, with one voting right per share ("Ordinary Shares"). The Company does not hold any shares in treasury and therefore the total number of Ordinary Shares with voting rights in the Company is 205,854,610.
Shareholders may use the above figure as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules of the UK Financial Conduct Authority.
