                             Annual General Meeting


At today's Annual General Meeting (23 September), Chairman, Anthony Allen told
Shareholders:

"In our 2004 Annual Report, we indicated that trading reflected a firmer demand
and a sustained recovery in key sectors of our business".

"I am pleased to say that, this trend has continued with sales in the five
months ended August above the same period last year which is in line with our
expectations and underpins our view that there is an on-going recovery in the
market overall.

"Shareholders will be further updated on our progress at the time of our
interims results which will be announced in Mid-November"
