2013 Annual Financial Report

 

Trifast plc ('Group' or Company') has published its Annual Financial Report for the year ended 31 March 2013. This publication together with associated documents has been sent to shareholders on the Register as at

30 July 2013.

 

The 2013 Annual Financial Report and related materials will also shortly be available to view on the Company's website, www.trifast.com.

 

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1R, the following material has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will also be available in due course for inspection at www.Morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM:

 

·      Annual Report & Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2013;

·      The Notice of Annual General Meeting; and

·      Form of Proxy (sample)

 

Printed copies of the Annual Report can be obtained by writing to the Company Secretary at the Company's Registered office: Trifast House, Bellbrook Park, Uckfield, East Sussex, TN22 1QW or on request via the website.

Directors' responsibility statement

The responsibility statement below which has been approved by the Board has been prepared in connection with the Company's full Annual Report for the year ended 31 March 2013.  Certain parts thereof are not included within this announcement.

 

"The Directors confirm that, to the best of their knowledge:

·      the financial statements, prepared in accordance with IFRSs as adopted by the EU and applicable law, give a true and fair view of the assets, liabilities, financial position and profit or loss of the Company and its subsidiaries included in the consolidation taken as a whole; and

·      the Directors' Report includes a fair review of the development and performance of the business and the position of the Company and its subsidiaries included in the consolidation taken as a whole, together with a description of the principal risks and uncertainties that they face."
